Printing Guidelines

Taulman Bridge Nylon is based on Nylon 645, and combined with other polymers to improved printability at lower temperatures. Please find the advided parameters in the table below. Use fans only if you are printing very small parts.

• Nozzle temperature 245-265°C
• Heated bed temperature +/- 45°C
• Printing speed 80% of ABS speed
• Bed material Glass, PVA glue

Use the above values as a starting point, optimal values for your specific printer may vary from the values shown above, depending on e.g. nozzle diameter, printing speed and layer height.
