BASF Ultrafuse® 17-4 PH

BASF Forward AM Ultrafuse® 17-4 PH is an ideal stainless steel for high-strength and stiff parts. It is also capable of withstanding the harshest operating conditions thanks to its excellent corrosion and heat resistance.

These properties are achieved through a proven catalytic debinding and sintering process used for traditional metal injection molding.

BASF Ultrafuse® Support Layer

When printed between support and the object, it creates a barrier during sintering and facilitates the separation of support from the metal part. Ultrafuse® Support Layer is not developed to print stand-alone parts and should be printed as a layer attached to the support structures in dual extrusion prints.

Can be annealed for even higher performance

The annealing process will increase the temperature resistance of your parts from 80 °C to a phenomenal 181 °C, as well as increasing their strength by 30% and stiffness by 10%.

Ultimaker CC Printcore

Updated version of the old CC core. Made especially for abrasive composite materials, like carbon fibre or metal fill filaments.

Nozzle is made out of titanium nitride coated tool steel, instead of brass with ruby tip.

No more unnecessary teflon insert on the heatsink.

3mm titanium heat break, instead of 1.5mm steel heat break.

Aluminium heat block instead of brass.
