3D-printer and supplies support service answers questions related to warranty, service and support. Our support service is located under site and it requires registration.



Warranty and returns

Always open support ticket, before sending product to service or returning it*. We will contact you and tell how to handle the process. Some tuning and fixes can be made without requiring to send the 3D-printer to service.



All returns or printers for maintenance needs to be sent directly to our office. We do not pick up packages from post office. If using services of Posti, use Posti Express 14 or freight.
