PLA is Poly-Lactic-Acid, a biodegradable polymer with a low
melting point. It is an easy material to print with and lnnofil3D PLA gives a smooth printing result. This most used 3D printing material is available in a wide range of RAL and lnnofil3D colors and translucent variants.

When properly cooled, PLA has a higher maximum printing
speed, lower layer heights and sharper printed corners. Combining this with low warping of the print makes it a popular plastic for makers, prosumers and schools

BASF Ultrafuse ABS Fusion+ made with Polyscope XILOYTM 3D is an engineering filament which has been optimized for 3D-printing.

Polyscope is renowned for its material solutions in the automotive industry. The properties of ABS Fusion+ are:

• Chemical resitance
• High heat resistance
• Low warping
• Compatible with BVOH support material
• Tough

Although ABS has been classified as a standard material in 3D-printing it used to be a very challenging to process, until now. We managed to develop an ABS grade which can be directly printed on glass without any fluids or tape and has a higher success rate of prints due to extreme low warping.

To provide users with valuable information we have collected data regarding the mechanical properties of the 3D-printed specimen according to the ISO standards.

add:layer E-PLA (short for Easy PLA) is made out of the bio-degradeable bio-plastics PLA and it is our most easy-to-use material, with the widest selection of colors. If you are mainly printing visual models in many colors, this is the material for you. The low process temperature in our production makes the filament low in friction as well as it preserves the fine characteristics of the polymer. A value-for-money filament without compromising on quality!

Phosphorus inside the filament will wear out a regular brass nozzle, CC core, steel or ruby tip nozzle is recommended.
