Nailonit ovat herkkiä imemään ilmasta kosteutta. Tästä syystä materiaali on tärkeä säilyttää kuivassa tai kuivata ennen tulostusta mikäli se on päässyt keräämään kosteutta. Kosteus heikentää mekaanisia ominaisuuksia ja tulosteen pinnanlaatua

Comes on a reel for more printing convenience. Through our high standards and quality control it has great roundness and consistency. CPE is perfect for complex technical prints, it’s fairly stiff, strong and impact resistant. It’s also particularly good at bridging large gaps.
CPE requires a higher print temperature compared to PLA and we're aware that it can accelerate the wear of the PTFE Isolator Coupler. It's why we've included a free spare coupler, so when it needs replacing for the first time, you have one on hand.

CPE (co-polyester) materials are chemical resistant, tough and demonstrate good dimensional stability. It is a preferred choice for both functional prototypes and mechanical parts. While both CPE and CPE+ provide similar performance
characteristics, CPE+ provides the added benefit of higher temperature resistance and increased impact strength.
Reasons to choose Ultimaker CPE Family
Excellent chemical resistance
Excellent toughness and dimensional stability
Good interlayer adhesion, especially when using the front door add-on
Low levels of ultrafine particles (UFPs) and volatile organic compounds
(VOCs)
Ideal for short run manufacturing and functional prototypes
Differences between Ultimaker CPE and CPE+
CPE is available in a wide range of colors to choose from, including grayscale for more professional looking models.
CPE’s tensile and flexural strength are higher, whilst CPE+ is formulated to be up to 10 times tougher.
CPE+ features a temperature resistance of up to 100 oC when compared to CPE, which is only resistant up to 70 oC.
CPE has a better build plate adhesion than CPE+, but you won’t notice the difference when using the stickers supplied in our Advanced 3D Printing Kit.
ULTIMAKER CPE FAMILY: CHEMICAL RESISTANT AND TOUGH
Featuring chemical resistance and toughness, the Ultimaker CPE family of filaments is a good choice for functional prototypes and modeling. CPE+ provides the additional benefit of increased temperature and impact resistance. Thanks to Cura's new material profiles, which we’ve developed with care, 3D printing your parts and prototypes is easy and reliable.

PolyMide™ CoPA is based on a copolymer of Nylon 6 and Nylon 6,6. The filament combines excellent strength, toughness, and heat resistance of up to 180˚C.
Warp Free: PolyMide™ CoPA is engineered to give excellent dimensional stability during printing, with near-zero warping.
Easy Printing: Unlike other Nylon filaments, PolyMide™ CoPA is extremely easy to work with. It is compatible with most filament-based 3D printers with no heated chamber/bed required!
Strong & Tough: The outstanding mechanical strength and toughness makes PolyMide™ CoPA the best choice of engineering material for your creative ideas!
Heat Resistant: With a high softening temperature of ~180 °C, PolyMide™ CoPA is one of the most heat resistant 3D printing materials in the market.
Printed part needs to be annealed at 80C for 6 hours to achieve the maximum temperature resistance.

PolyCast™ is designed specifically for investment casting (also known as lost-wax casting) of metal. You can use it with 3D printing to replace the wax patterns used in industrial investment casting processes.
In traditional investment casting, you need to first make a metal tool to produce wax patterns. The tooling typically takes several weeks at least, with cost starting at thousands of dollars. By using 3D printing and PolyCast™, you can eliminate the need for tooling, which saves you time and money greatly.
Another benefit of PolyCast™ is that you can use 3D printing to create complex geometries that are simply not possible by tooling.
In summary PolyCast is great for:
Rapid-production of small-volume metal parts
Metal parts with complex geometries
PolyCast™ can be polished in the Polysher™ (via Polymaker’s patented Micro-Droplet Polishing™ technology), eliminating the layers from filament-based printing processes and resulting in a very smooth part surface. This is critical to ensure the quality of metal parts.
Most polymers leave residues when they decompose – this is a problem for investment casting and can lead to defects on the metal parts. We have engineered the material to ensure that it decomposes completely at T > 600 C, leaving a clean mold ready for casting.

Usually the support materials are water soluble. Polysupport has been designed to be torn away. This is a faster way to remove the supports compared to more traditional water solubility.

As a variation on bronzeFill copperFill is a true stunner. Now you can print with copper on your desktop 3D printer! The true value of this PLA/PHA based 3D printing filament comes to light when you sand and polish your print. It transforms from a red-brown clay like print into a work of art. With the added weight of real copper in the filament, copperFill is the perfect material for statues and other mementos that need to have a non-printed look.
Note! Material requires abrasion resistant nozzle like CC core, ruby tipped or steel nozzle.

3d printing with metal on your own desktop 3d printer! This amazing one of a kind filament will allow you to print with actual bronze at home! Straight from the printer parts look almost laser sintered with a matte finish.
With a bit of sanding and polishing the bronze particles will start to shine and shimmer unlike any 3d printing filament you have seen before. The weight of the material is something special, about 3 times heavier then our regular PLA/PHA.
Now you can make jewelry that won’t feel like cheap lightweight plastic parts.
Note! Material requires abrasion resistant nozzle like CC core, ruby tipped or steel nozzle.
