BVOH compared to PVA

• Prints easily and reliably, without the typical oozing problem of PVA. This makes the material much more reliable, especially on long and complex prints
• Dissolves in water faster than PVA and is easier to remove from the print
• Does not collect ambient moisture as much as typical PVA, which makes it more reliable in this regard as well

PolyDissolve™ is a family of dissolvable support filaments. This family offers support solution for our portfolio of filaments. It enables a greater design freedom.

PolyDissolve™ S1 is a water dissolvable support for PLA, TPU, PVB and Nylon based filaments from our portfolio. It is specifically engineered to have a perfect interface with these materials while also displaying good solubility.

Polymaker Polysupport

Usually the support materials are water soluble. Polysupport has been designed to be torn away. This is a faster way to remove the supports compared to more traditional water solubility.

ULTIMAKER TPU 95A: WEAR AND TEAR RESISTANT

Ultimaker TPU 95A is an easy and fast to print filament with a nice balance of flexibility, wear and tear resistance, as well as a good resistance to many industrial chemicals and oils. When combined with the Cura’s material profiles, even complex mechanical parts, tools, and fixtures are printed with ease.

lnnoflex: flexible, rubberlike elastomer material with different levels of stiffness. A material with a reduced carbon footprint and improved elastic performance.

Shore hardness 45D (slightly harder than 40D), made from Arnitel®Eco.
Arnitel®Eco is a partly bio-based Thermoplastic Copolyester Elastomer (TPC) plastic, which is derived from rapeseed oil and combines the best properties of elastomers (rubbers) and polyesters.

This material is proven to have a carbon footprint up to 50% lower than
comparable co-polyesters. The material delivers excellent adhesion in the Z-direction, meaning that the printed layers don't detach - even with extreme deformation. Especially suitable for printing flexible parts like miniature tires, drive belts, bracelets and parts that have to be extremely flexible and have to be bent often

Ultrafuse TPE 60D: flexible, rubberlike elastomer material with different levels of stiffness. A material with a reduced carbon footprint and improved elastic performance.
