The ESD PETG is a conductive material based on our neat PETG that protects against electrostatic discharges, which is very useful when printing parts in contact with sensitive electronics, which could be damaged by static electricity.

 

Use regular PETG-settings with the following modifications:

Print temp: 255-265°C Bed temp: No with special surface, or up to 80°C on glass

Print speed: 45-55 mm/s
Make sure the material is dry when using it, for maximum performance. If it has been exposed to normal air humidity for a longer period of time, dry in at 65°C for about 4 hours in an oven or similar.

Put material flow/extrusion multiplier to 98%/0.98 to avoid problems with extrusion.

Use 0% fan if possible, maximum fan should be 40%.

 

Note! Material requires abrasion resistant nozzle like CC core, ruby tipped or steel nozzle.
