If the print quality starts to go worse in your Ultimaker or the printer makes more noise than usual you can send the printer to us for maintenance.

We will check the printers overall condition and change all worn out parts. We will give you an report on the printers condition, operations made on it and other observations which will help you to continue using the printer with more confidence.
